Full Circle Home (FCH), helps our deployed troops send their love and thanks back to their heroes – the wives, moms, girlfriends and other special women back home in the form of gift baskets/boxes. Troop members simply need to fill out a request form and write a personal letter to their special someone back home. The gifts are paid for by sponsors that FCH secures throughout the year and the assembly and shipment of the boxes falls to FCH staff members, Lisa Miller and Vickie Durfee.
The Nimble team helped with many tasks including: assembling boxes, putting together personal notes and gifts into packages and sealing and labeling boxes. Even though it was a seemingly simple task there was talk among the crew of process improvement and improving efficiency (hey, we pride ourselves on being nimble in all aspects of our life).
FCH is one of the organizations that NimbleUser is helping as part of the 1/1/1 program. In addition to volunteering, NimbleUser is in the process of helping FCH with their technology infrastructure.
