Summary

The mission of the American Diabetes Association (ADA) is to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. Originally formed as a professional association for health care providers, ADA expanded to deliver services to hundreds of communities living with diabetes.

ADA needed a total system solution that could provide a 360° view of their members and constituents, so the organization turned to Nimble AMS.

Challenges

ADA leveraged many software platforms, and staff struggled to maintain quality and consistency with its data and reporting.
