Blending the "art of the possible" with effective solutions to transform nonprofit organizations through their technology. Jeff started working for a trade association in accounting over 30 years ago. Since then he has worked tirelessly with associations and nonprofit organizations, helping them embrace continuous improvement to become true technology innovators and trailblazers. Jeff thrives on seeing associations digitally transform their organization by reimagining their processes and adopting the newest technologies all while keeping the focus on the customer. Helping organizations see the world through their customers' eyes to serve up experiences better tailors to their needs. He also is passionate about sharing and transparency around association and nonprofit technology as he is often speaking at various industry conferences and events, Salesforce Dreamforce, ASAE's Tech Conference, and Community Brands Xperience Conference.
