And, not only a new release, but our 30th release – a decade of three seasonal releases each year. Here are some highlights from the Spring ’22 Release.

Career advancement benefits – including training and certification/ credentials are some of the most valued benefits for members. According to the 2021 Association Trends Study, members say they are interested in a wide variety of professional education and training opportunities, including webcasts of live events, recommended courses, short videos, social learning, and just-in-time learning. With new APIs, integrating with your learning management system (LMS) has never been easier to increase member value and grow non-dues revenue.

In-App Prompts
We love tweaking Salesforce for associations. In-App Guidance offers a whole new channel for admins to engage users. With Spring ‘22, Nimble AMS customers will see on screen prompts to Staff View users about the latest news so you’re up to date on the latest features and get the most out of your AMS investment.
Salesforce Flows
It would not be a Salesforce release without Flows enhancements. Two enhancements we love are:
- Migrate to Flow Tool – You can use the Migrate to Flow tool to convert your workflow rules into flows.
- Define the Run Order of Record-Triggered Flows for an Object – You can now determine the running order of your Flows, to ensure certain Flows run before or after others. You can set the trigger order for before-save or after-save Flows.
Don’t forget, Salesforce is retiring Workflow Rules and Process Builder so all new automations should be built using Flow.
