4 Salesforce Winter ‘25 product release highlights
Are you looking to enhance your association’s productivity and simplify your processes? Discover how the new Winter ’25 enhancements for Nimble AMS and Salesforce can transform your operations:
1. Salesforce Flows
In the Salesforce Winter ‘25 release there are exciting new features that enhance the power of Flows. The new Errors and Warning Pane speeds up the creation of Flows and makes troubleshooting Flow errors easier than ever. The Error and Warnings Pane will list any issues that prevent you from saving and activating your Flow as you work.
Your association staff can also use Flow Extensions to create personalized member recommendations with Einstein Next Best Action and your new Member Portal. When using Einstein Next Best Action, your staff can create AI-powered insights for many member-related situations, including engagement, event attendance, donations, and more. You can then add the new Einstein Next Best Action component to your organization’s new Member Portal to create personalized member recommendations actions.
2. Salesforce Einstein
With the Winter ‘25 release, you can now create and add calculated fields to your Salesforce lightning reports with Einstein Generative AI. This exciting new feature will help your staff save time and increase the accuracy of your reports.
Previously, adding calculated fields required expertise in writing custom formulas and the knowledge of what functions could be used. Now your staff can describe to Einstein what they want the calculation to do, and Einstein will create the formula for them.
3. Lightning App Builder
With the Salesforce Winter ‘25 release, you can make use of the new Dynamic Highlights Panel to display your most important (up to 12!) data fields in the Lightning App Builder. This new capability makes it easier to personalize the data that’s important to your organization, ensuring that you can access your essential data.
4. Conditional Formatting
The Winter ‘25 release offers Conditional Formatting, the ability to create a dynamic display of information, helping your staff focus on what matters most to your organization. In the Lightning App Builder, your staff can customize fields on the Dynamic Forms-enabled pages with personalized icons and colors that can appear, disappear, and change color based on your defined criteria and rules. This helps your staff identify important information at a glance, boosting efficiency.
