What brought you to NimbleUser? 
I was fortunate enough to have a friend who knew me and NimbleUser (VanDamme Associates at the time) and who knew that NimbleUser would be a great company for me to build a career with. I was attracted to the culture of the company and I could tell that it was a company on the rise. I liked the idea of working with a small company, I felt like I would be able to get to know my co-workers and that I would be able to make a difference. 
What’s your favorite part about your role? 
I love my direct interaction with our customers. We have some really fantastic customers who have great feedback, insight and vision – all of which helps to drive our company and our product forward. I enjoy gathering their feedback and sharing that with my co-workers. I also really like the fact that I work closely with all of the teams in our company. In order to ensure our customer’s success I need to have a pulse on what is happening with our support, services, implementation and operations teams.

Empower Customers. As our Customer Success Manager I want to ensure that our customers have the information and tools that they need to be successful. I want our customers to be as self sufficient as they can be, and as they want to be and it is my job to ensure they get there!
How do you think NimbleUser’s culture extends to the client experience?
I truly believe that our culture is catchy – in a good way! I feel that our attitudes, happiness and enjoyment in the work we do directly impact the way our customers feel about working with us. In turn, working with happy customers makes our jobs easier and makes us happier employees and so the cycle continues!
What do you do when you’re not at work?
I am a mom!!! I have four fantastic, fun and busy kids, so the majority of my time is spent with them and my husband – we like to camp and enjoy exploring all that Rochester has to offer. I also love throwing fun birthday parties for my kids – it is a bit of an obsession for me! I also play volleyball, and enjoy taking photos, although now most of my pictures are of my children!!
What’s your favorite office coffee brewing method—drip, French press or Aeropress?
I don’t drink coffee – rare for a Nimbler – but I am a tea drinker. Tazo Organic Chai is my fave!
Overall, what’s the best part of working at NimbleUser?
The culture . .. the people – my co-workers and our customers. I thoroughly enjoy coming to work everyday because of the people I interact with on a regular basis. Plain and simple!
What would people never guess you do in your role?
I take our new employees to lunch. I really enjoy this because it allows me to get to know our new team members a bit more personally. My experiences in many areas here (Marketing, Sales, Consulting) have given me a great overview of NimbleUser and our customers and I enjoy sharing this with our newest Nimblers.
