At NimbleUser, you quickly learn that Fridays are usually reserved for pizza from our favorite pizza shop. However, Peter, one of our Project Managers, decided to shake things up a bit today. He declared he would be making grilled cheese sandwiches for any Nimbler who wanted one.
For everyone who thinks this would mean your standard piece of cheese between two slices of bread, you are wrong. Peter brought a spread of sweet peppers, hot peppers, and avocados for Nimblers to choose from to customize their sandwich. He received rave reviews for the golden-brown masterpieces.
Big thanks to our Executive Grilled Cheese Chef, Peter! It was a great way to top off our week!
